The Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors in New York State change from time to time and it’s recommended to always check first with the government website to obtain the latest version of any legal documents. As of this writing, the following links lead to copies of the latest posted New York State Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics that are both at Section 444-C.
